FUNDRAISER
As a Fundraiser, you will play a pivotal role in generating funds and resources to
support our ongoing projects and expand our reach. You will be responsible for
developing and implementing fundraising strategies, building relationships with donors, and organizing fundraising campaigns. This is a mid-level position that requires experience in fundraising, excellent communication skills, and a passion for making a difference in the community*.

EMPLOYMENT TYPE
1 year full-time
3 month probation period. Option to renew beyond.
What You’ll Do

Develop and execute fundraising strategies to meet financial targets and support
CoolBricks' projects and initiatives.

Identify and cultivate relationships with potential donors and partners, including
individuals, corporations, foundations, and government agencies.

Research and analyze funding opportunities and grants for fundraising potential.

Prepare and submit compelling grant proposals and fundraising appeals to secure
funding from various sources.

Collaborate with the team to develop and implement effective fundraising campaignsacross different channels, including online platforms and social media.

Provide regular reports and updates on fundraising activities, achievements, and challenges to the team.

Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and regulations related to fundraising and philanthropy.
Who You are

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Proven experience (2-4 years) in fundraising, preferably in the non-profit sector.

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills to engage with diverse
stakeholders and maintain long-term partnerships.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to craft
persuasive proposals and presentations.

Solid project management skills with the ability to plan, organize, and execute
multiple fundraising initiatives simultaneously.

Proficiency in using online platforms for donor management and engagement.

Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently
as well as part of a collaborative team.
